The BEST Things
about working at El Toro is
1) the money
2) the people, or guests. [some of them]
3) the crazy ass employees and
4) the flexibility of how you can have your schedule.
It’s a set schedule but you can nearly always find someone to cover for you. [just maybe not the party nights like Friday or Saturday] Or you can pick up someone elses shift on the sign-up list. Love working there.

I remember
in Elementary when I took the plastic ball out of the mouse in the computer labs and played with them, threw it at people and crap. The monitors that were like 2 feet long from the screen to the back. And now the new generation of lil kids will remember blinding each other with the red laser at the bottom with their flat screens. Funny how that works lol

Today. 10/14/11
I had my first shift on the floor entirely on my own and made about $100 in tips! Not bad for a slow Friday night. We close at 10 yet I finally clocked out and left at 11:30. Went home, got dressed and went to a party I got invited to by some co-workers.. Today. 10/08/2011
Worked from 11am to 5. I waited tables like I was official and made nearly $100 that I couldn’t keep! Since I’m still in training I’m not on the floor yet. Puts into perspective how much I’ll be making every other shift.
